LeasePlan Corporation is an international, constantly growing network of companies engaged in all aspects of fleet and vehicle management, focusing on operating leasing. Currently the group employs more than 6,250 people in 30 countries across the globe. It manages in excess of 1.39 million vehicles and has a consolidated lease portfolio worth 13.9 billion euro. LeasePlan Corporation holds a universal bank license and is supervised by the Dutch Central Bank. It is owned by a consortium consisting of the Volkswagen Group (50%), Mubadala Development Company (25%) and the Olayan Group (25%).

LeasePlan wants to engage in all those segments of the value adding chain of the automotive industry where its services can create additional value. LeasePlan Corporation intends to become market leader in all major markets and continuously studies the expansion potentials of new markets. LeasePlan makes use of its status as a bank and controls the financing activities of the group from Dublin, Ireland.  Euro Insurances, LeasePlan’s own insurance daughter company, provides insurance solutions, which are offered by the group’s companies as part of their integrated service package.

With LeasePlan as its main brand, LeasePlan Corporation is the European market leader in vehicle and fleet management and one of the leading global players with branches in 30 countries. The individual companies play important roles in their home markets, many of them even being market leaders. LeasePlan is one of the very few organizations to have the broad geographical presence required to be able to offer complete global services to large multinational companies. Our special division LeasePlan International, an independent unit within LeasePlan Corporation, plays an important role in the sale and marketing of cross-border services and manages the accounts of large international customers worldwide.
